2. Are there Deed Restrictions?
Yes, the deed restrictions in Unit-3 will be very similar to Unit-2. (Click here)
3. What are the current HOA dues?
Unit-3 will be similar Unit-2’s maintenance dues, which are approximately $77.00 monthly. ($925.00 annually as of 2025)
4. Is there a minimum home size?
Yes, minimum home size is 2,000 sq ft of interior living area. All building plans are subject to approval by the Architectural Control Committee.
5. Can I have a metal building to use as a garage / workshop?
Prefabricated and custom metal buildings are prohibited. Any out-buildings must be constructed with the same materials and design style as the main house. All building plans are subject to approval by the Architectural Control Committee.
6. What utilities are available?
City water, natural gas, underground electric & telephone. (Note: Individual septic systems are required)
7. Can I build with any builder?
Property owners are to select their own custom home builder. All building plans are subject to approval by the Architectural Control Committee.
